Protein Production Core

The protein core facility will aid DERC researchers in all aspects of protein production and characterization. Services include production of recombinant proteins in both bacterial and mammalian expression systems; protein purification; protein characterization, including assessment of protein purity, multimerization state, identity, and covalent modification. Advice on all aspects of protein chemistry and production will be available.
